His Excellency President Rashad al-ALimi, Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) has stressed that it is very important for judiciary authorities to act independently, urging revitalizing the role of the general prosecutions and courts throughout the government-held governorates.
His gave his instructions as he met today along with the presence of the Deputy of the PLC Abdurahman al-Mahrami with Minister of Justice Dr. Badr al-Aredha, the General Attorney Judge Qaher Mostafa.
He stated that the PLC is very keen to support Judicial authorities that should act independently and transparently in order to enhance the rule of law, fight corruption.
