The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Yemen's Ambassador to Somalia Fadhl al-Haneq discussed Tuesday with the Speaker of Somali People Federal Parliament Adam Mohammed promoting mutual relations between the two countries.

Al-Haneq congratulated Mohammed on assuming the post of People Federal Parliament Speaker, hoping him success in his tasks.

He touched upon latest developments in Yemen, including formation of the Presidential Leadership Council and returning state institutions to the transitional capital of Aden to practice their tasks.

For his part, the Somali Parliament Speaker thanked Yemen for supporting Somalia in its ordeal, which Somali people is overcoming it.
