Interior Minister Major General Ibrahim Haidan is participating in the high-level international conference on combating terrorism and promoting human rights organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union Affairs and Cooperation in the Kingdom of Spain, and the United Nations Office for Counter-Terrorism.

Over the course of three days, the conference will discuss modern methods used in combating terrorism, in light of preserving human rights and dignity, paying attention to public and private rights, and respecting the principles of international humanitarian law.
