Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qassem Buhaibah, discussed with the Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Muhammad Al Jaber, the General Supervisor of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen SPDRY the operating mechanisms for Aden General Hospital, the proposals and mechanisms of the operating companies, and ways to achieve sustainability in operation and management, development and training of staff, in addition to the Hadramout Teaching Hospital and Cancer Hospital projects.
In the meeting held today in Riyadh, the discussed support packages including medical devices of various types in emergency, care departments and ambulances provided by SPDRY, in addition to discussing ways to support the Ministry of Health and provide the necessary support in the field of raising administrative and medical capabilities and bringing them to the required level.
The Minister of Health praised the role of the SDRPY in supporting the health sector in Yemen and its great contributions in the various sectors affiliated with the ministry.
