RIYADH - SABA
Governor of Shabwah Awadh al-Awlaqi discussed Tuesday with Swedish Envoy for Yemen Peter Semneby security, service and economic situations in the province.

The meeting discussed challenges facing the province and efforts of the local authority in normalizing conditions in Baihan three districts after liberating them from Houthi militia early 2022, pointing out to plans of the local authority's leadership to enhance and improve local development.

For his part, the Swedish envoy confirmed keenness of Sweden Kingdom on providing necessary support to the government and its local authorities.
