The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Health unit in the Valley District in Marib opened

Director of Public Health and Population Office in Marib Abdul-Aziz al-Shaddadi opened Monday a health unit at al-Kola area, the Valley District in Marib with support from Kuwaiti Trahom Foundation or (mercy exchange).

Al-Shaddadi listened from concerned officials to a review on health and curative services to be provided by the health unit to people of the area and its role of alleviating pressure on other health facilities in the district.

He praised support of the Kuwaiti foundation of building the unit and equipping it in addition to contribution of the Humanitarian Access Foundation, which undertook its operation and paying wages of its cadre for three months.

Al-Shaddadi confirmed readiness of health office to provide support to the unit and providing it with medicines and medical appliances to ensure continuous operation and providing its medical services to the people.
