Minister of Interior Maj. General Ibrahim Haydan and his Djiboutian counterpart Noah Sa'id discussed today aspect of security cooperation between the two countries.
Haydan is currently on a work visit to Djibouti on an official invitation from the Regional Program for the Red Sea.
The conversations aimed to further boost the Yemeni-Djiboutian security cooperation and coordination to serve the mutual interests of Yemen and Djibouti.
The two sides highlighted the need for enforcing the security agreement signed between the two countries and activating the contacts-points between security authorities to help exchange information and fight terrorism, smuggling and human-trafficking.
