Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh phoned Friday Governor of Marib General Sultan Al-Erada on latest developments in the province.
Vice President was briefed on efforts exerted for meeting needs of hosting community and displaced people in Marib, congratulating leadership of local authority and people of Marib on great victories by heroes of the National Army, al-Amaliqa Brigades and tribesmen southern Marib.
He pointed out to continuous crimes committed by Iran-backed Houthi militia in Marib by ballistic rockets and drones and making Yemen a launching-pad for targeting brothers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, noting that these crimes need strict international position to deal with the group as a terrorist organization and imposing sanctions against its supporters in Iran.
For his part, governor of Marib talked about different issues associated with the province, pointing out to integration of the national army, al-Amaliqa Brigades and popular resistance in the battles against the militia and ending their crimes against civilians.
