The sixth batch of oil derivatives grant provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen arrived at the oil port in the temporary capital Aden, to operate power stations in the liberated governorates.
The fuel ship, carrying 60,000 metric tons of diesel, entered the oil port berth, and the sixth batch of the oil grant is scheduled to be completed in the coming days, with the arrival of about 30,000 metric tons of diesel to the oil port.
Upon the arrival of the ship, the technical teams and the competent authorities carried out the work of checking and inspecting the diesel material, and confirming its conformity with the approved specifications, in preparation for the start of the process of pumping fuel to the tanks designated for the oil grant in the Aden Refineries Company, and then carrying out the process of distributing the fuel in accordance with the approved procedures for power stations in Aden Governorate.
