Justice Minister discusses with UN official anti-corruption cooperation

Minister of Justice Badr al-Aredha discussed Tuesday with the Executive Director of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime Ghada Waly aspects of cooperation and coordination between Yemen and the office.

The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the Ninth International Conference of signatory countries of anti- corruption treaty is being held here, al-Aredha discussed with Waly latest developments in Yemen and continuous Houthi militia's crimes against Yemeni people, as well as measures made by the government of relocating all judiciary authorities to the transitional capital of Aden after Houthi militia seized of state institutions in Sana'a.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Supreme National Committee for Combating Corruption Judge Afrah Baduwailan confirmed significance of cooperation between Yemen and the authority of combating corruption to update strategy of combating corruption in Yemen.
