The European Union (EU) strongly condemned the attack by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias on the commercial ship (MINERVAGRACHT), which flies the Dutch flag in the Gulf of Aden.

UNOPS' delegation inspects activities of road fund's projects in Aden

The delegation of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) inspected Monday activities and projects of Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund in Aden.
Headed by Fayyadh Rasloul, the delegation was briefed by the Chairman of the Board of the Fund Ma'een al-Mas on capabilities and equipment of the executive unit of the fund.
They also were acquainted with divisions of the executive unit of implementing the emergency project for integrated urban services in Yemen- the second phase financed by World Bank in partnership with UNOPS.
Al-Mas praised interventions of the UN program in Yemen in field of rebuilding road networks in different provinces and supporting the fund's activities.
