Houthi militias' attacks on IDPs must be internationally condemned, says minister

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammer al-Iryani condemned with the strongest terms Iran-backed Houthi militias' intentionally attacks against al-Lahmah IDP Camp in the district of al-Wadi in Marib governorate on Thursday.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) he stated that the Houthi militiamen fired two rockets on the IDP Camp run by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) includes (240) families make up (1500) persons.

The attack resulted in injuring 4 children and their mother, one of them critically wounded.

The Minister demanded plain condemnation of the Houthis' crimes against the IDPs by the International Community, the UN's and US envoys to Yemen Grundberg and Lenderking.
