PM orders prompt investigation into assasination of Aden education official

Prime Minister Dr. Maeen Abdul-Malik directed security services in the temporary capital, Aden, to quickly investigate into the cowardly assassination of the director of the Quran Memorization Department in the Education Ministry branch office in Aden Governorate, Ihab Bawazeer.

Bawazeer was shot dead inKhor Maksar district in Aden today.

The Prime Minister, in phone call with the governor of Aden, the head of the security committee in the governorate, Ahmed Lamlas, was briefed about the circumstances of the crime and the measures taken to crack down on the assasins.

He offered his sincere condolences to the family of the martyrd official.
