The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace
The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak held talks today, Tuesday, here with the Director-General of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Qu Dongyu .
Aspects of cooperation and coordination between the Yemeni government and the FAO was key focus of the conversations.
Bin Mubarak highlighted the need for greater role by FAO to support the Yemeni government's efforts aimed to ensure food security.
He also asked for channeling the humanitarian aids finances through the Central Bank of Yemen to help improve the national currency exchange rates.
