Deputy Minister of Local Administration Awadh Mashbah discussed Thursday with the Executive Director of Institutional and Economic Flexibility of the UNDP Peter Van Paul level of implementation programs and projects of the UNDP in Yemen.

In the meeting, which included a team from the local administration ministry and Deputy Director of UNDP's office in Aden Walid Baharoon, Mishbah confirmed significance of coordination and evaluation of steps taken by local partners to implement developmental projects in targeted provinces and districts.

He praised the fund for implementing projects and programs aiming at realizing economic revival.

For his part, the UNDP's official made it clear that the swift evaluation of implementing projects thorough local partners grants the work positive indicator in accordance with the necessary updates of implementation.

He confirmed significance of coordination with the ministry of local administration as a monitor of implementation of the project of the UNDP and as the provider of all facilitations for its success.
