Houthis-laid landmines kill, mutilate hundreds Yemeni children

Under-Secretary of Human Rights Ministry Majed Fadhael stated that landmines and explosive devices planted randomly by Iran-allied Houthi militiamen in different areas of Hajjah governorate killed and injured 600 civilians most of them women and children.

As he paid an inspection visits to the government-held districts of Hajjah Fadhael called on the National Program For Demining and the Saudi-funded Demining Project in Yemen " MASAM" to double down efforts to get Hajjah cleared of landmines that continues to kill and maim the innocent people on a daily basis.

It is important to be mentioned that some estimations indicate that there are as many as 2 and half million landmines and marine mines planted randomly by Houthi militia's militants in 15 Yemeni governorates.
