PM: Houthi militia's relentless escalation eliminates peace option

Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik asserted that Houthi militia's constant military escalation and the war-crimes it has been committing against the Yemeni peoples and frequent attacks on the civil facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, disrespecting the UN-led efforts to make peace are clear indication that it has put peace option aside, insisting on killing the Yemenis to serve the Iranian regime's agendas.

He voiced his remarks during his conversations today with the Charged' Affairs of the Norway's embassy in Yemen Segina Gorugilin.

He reiterated the government's commitment to make peace based on the three agreements agreed upon and to support the efforts of the UN to achieve peace.

The discussions touched upon the situations in Yemen and the UN's ongoing preparations for a humanitarian conference to support Yemen next month.

The Prime Minister highly praised the Norwegian government's support for the legitimate Yemeni government, peace process and humanitarian actions in Yemen.

The Norwegian diplomat extend her condolences to the Yemeni government and peoples on the victims of al-Anad Airbase Houthi militia's attacks.

She stated that her country will continue to support for the Yemeni government and people until realizing peace.
