President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi sent Saturday congratulation cable to his Indian counterpart Ram Nath Covind on Independence ceremony of his country.
"In my name and on behalf of the government and people of Yemen, it gives me pleasure to extend to your majesty heartfelt congratulations and best wishes … and progress and prosperity to the People of Indian Republic," said President Hadi in the cable.
