U.S. Embassy: UN inspection of ships in Yemen does not mean they are safe from U.S. sanctions
The U.S. Embassy in Yemen has stated that the inspection of any vessel by the United Nations Verification and Inspection Mechanism in Yemen (UNVIM) does not mean that it is safe from U.S. sanctions, especially those ships, entities and individuals providing material support to the Houthis.

Al-Eryani: Iran attacks on oil tankers, ships confirm its terrorist regime

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Mu'amar al-Eryani has said the attacks are being waged by Iranian regime and its sectarian militias in the region confirm that the world is facing terrorist regime.

" Iranian regime's aggressive acts and policies, targeting oil tankers and trade ships by drones and sea mines and piracy has become serious threat on international security and safety," said al-Eryani in a statement to Saba on Wednesday.

He pointed out that Houthi militia has waged hundreds of terrorist attack since its coup against the state on oil tankers and ships with directives from Iran.

He called upon international community and the United Nations to shoulder legal responsibility and take collective position to deter state terrorism of Iran and stop its activities and of its sectarian militias threatening regional and international security and stability.
