Minister of Information honors UK ambassador

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Mua'mar al-Eryani has honored British Ambassador to Yemen Michael Aron with the ministry's medal for his efforts contributed in boosting relations between the two countries.

Minister al-Eryani praised efforts exerted by the ambassador while in duty as ambassador to Yemen and position of the UK supporting the internationally recognized government and Yemen's unity, security and stability.

He expressed keenness of President Hadi on realizing inclusive and sustainable peace for good life to Yemeni people, stressing significance of continuous pressure on Houthi militia to return to peace and to stop crimes and daily violations it commits against people in their held areas.

For his part, the UK diplomat renewed his country's support to the government of Yemen as the sole legal authority to Yemeni people, confirming his country's support to Yemen's unity, security and stability
