Yemen's Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Waed Badheib discussed with the Director of the Arab Planning Institute, Dr. Badr Mal-Allah, in Kuwait today ways of benefiting from the institute's programs in capacity-building and human resource development in various fields of public administration, planning and development.
It was agreed that the Arab Planning Institute undertakes supporting the development of the Institute of Administrative Sciences and update of its training programs, as well as to support the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation to establish a development planning center in the ministry.
The Minister praised the Institute's efforts in training, rehabilitation and quality programs, pointing out that Yemen has benefited from the training of a number of administrative staff working in the field of development, planning and management over the past years.
