His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) received today, Wednesday, the Ambassador of the Republic of France to the Republic of Catherine Corm Kammoun to discuss the developments in the Yemeni national arena, mainly the developments in the eastern governorates and the needed role by the international community in supporting the Saudi-led efforts to deescalate tensions and normalize the situations in the Hadhramaut and al-Mahra governorates.

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Nizar Basoheib, discussed in a meeting with the Director of Projects and Technical Studies in SDRPY and SPDRY'S technical team in Riyadh today the progress of implementing the development and reonstrution projects and the mechanisms for their completion.

In a separate meeting, Basoheib discussed with the Deputy Country Director of the US Agency for International Development in Yemen, aspects and mechanisms of cooperation provided by the US Agency .. praising the Agency's support for the Yemeni people in their current circumstances.
