Deputy Minister of Human Rights, Dr. Samir Al-Shaibani, has surveyed the juvenile center in the temporary capital, Aden, to check the humanitarian conditions in it, and the services it provides to detained children.
Al-Shaibani stressed the ministry's interest in improving services at the center, stressing the need to provide health and hygiene care for detained children to reduce infection with any diseases or epidemics, including coronavirus (Covid-19).
He pointed out that the ministry will coordinate and communicate with the concerned authorities to provide the necessary needs for the center, and to rehabilitate and build capacity for its staff.
