ADEN - SABA
Yemen's political parties have issued a strong joint condemnation of the Houthi terrorist militia's ballistic missile and drone attack that killed and injured 20 civilians including children in the eastern governorate east of Marib on Saturday.
The National Coalition of Parties, un umbrella for all Yemen's parties, said in a statement that "this appalling massacre confirms the Houthi militia's commitment to the path of terrorism and that it (the militia) can never yield to peace or any international pressures to stop" the Yemen war.
"This is the course the Houthi militia stayed since it came into being ."
"As a tool in the Iranian agenda, the Houthi militia totally disregard the blood and the lives of the Yemeni people while pursuing its bloody project." The parties blamed the international tolerance for emboldening Houthis to keep massacring civilians.
The Houthi militia fired a ballistic missile on an oil station in Arowdha neighborhood in Marib city killing a number of civilians. When the rescue teams and bystanders gathered around the site, a Houthi drone dropped bombs, killing and injuring more people.
