Speaker of Shoura Council Dr. Ahmed Obeid Bin Dagher met today here with the Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.

The discussions focused on the political and humanitarian situations in Yemen and the Egyptian support to Yemen in different fields.

Bin Dagher voiced deep appreciation and gratitude to the Arab Republic of Egypt for its constant support for Yemen and the Yemeni community in Egypt.

Shoukry reiterated his country's position in support of Yemen, underscoring the importance of reaching political settlement to the Yemeni crisis to establish comprehensive peace that maintains Yemen's unity and its territorial integrity.
