Oil prices rose today, Thursday, ending a three-day losing streak, recovering from their lowest levels in 16 weeks, but expectations of increased supply from "OPEC+" next month limited the gains.

ADEN - SABA
Yemen’s Information Minister said the Houthi militia’s claim on their engagement in a deal for exchange of all prisoners with the government are misleading.
In a statement to Saba, Muammar al-Eryani said, “By this claim, the militia want to mislead the relatives of the militia’s prisoners in the army’s custody into believing that the militia is working to secure the release of them all. The fact, however, is that the militia is not exerting any effort to release them all. It instead insists in every round of negotiations [ with the government] to secure the release of prisoners from specific [Houthi supremacist] families and regions.”
The minister called on the international community to press the militia into agreeing on an all-for-all prisoner exchange proposal.
