Maritime Affairs Authority Discusses with European Nordic Support Foundation Enhancing Maritime Security

The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. Mahra Security Committee discusses latest developments

The Security Committee of Mahra discussed Monday latest security situation developments and tightening measures for realizing security and stability of the province.

Presided over by Governor of Mahra Mohammad Yasser and attended by Secretary General of Local Council Salim Neimer, the meeting listened to reports from security and military commanders on security developments in the districts of the province and efforts exerted for tightening security there and tackling challenges they face.

Governor Yasser stressed significance of doubling efforts and dealing firmly with any practices harming security and stability of the province.

He also stressed abiding by working hours and be in a state of readiness for carrying out duties within precautionary measures for combating corona pandemic.
