ADEN - SABA
Yemen’s Information Minister said that the country’s army has handed over 21 child soldiers fighting in the Houthi militia’s ranks to the International Committee of the Red Cross to return them to their families.
Muammar al-Eryani told Saba “the children were arrested while participating” in the Houthi militia’s military escalation in Marib fronts” against the government and pro-government civilians.
The ICRC received them in the eastern Yemen Sayoon Airport and transported them back to their relatives.
Al-Eryani said the theocratic radical militia of Houthis “are still recruiting hundreds of children from their houses and schools, radicalizing them with terrorist ideology and deploying them to the frontlines.”
He demanded the international community to pressure the terrorist organization of Houthis to stop this practice that they employ in consolidating their theocratic putschist project and implementing Iran’s plots.
