Minister of Education Tariq Al-Akbari has discussed with the UNICEF representative in Yemen the organization’s interventions in the educational sector.
In a meeting in Aden today, they focused on stalled projects, the rural teachers program, the school bag, education grants and teacher incentives.
Minister Al-Akbari praised the pivotal role played by UNICEF as a key partner in supporting the education system in Yemen, stressing the ministry’s interest and keenness is to achieve the integrated development of students, especially children.
