Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Baghdad al-Khader Murmash met here today with the Iraqi Minister of Higher Education Dr. Nabil Kadhim.
Murmash handed Kadhim a letter from Minister of Higher Education and Vocational Training Dr. Khaled al-Wossabi included Yemen's request to resume cultural and academic cooperation between the two countries.
The Iraqi Minister expressed willingness to revive cultural ties between the two countries. He stated that his ministry is finalizing work on a protocol of cooperation between Iraq and Yemen.
