Al-Arada: Protecting antiquities national responsibility

Yemeni-Jordanian cooperation discussed

CAIRO - SABA
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Awadh bin Mubark met here on Monday with his Jordanian counterpart Aiman Assafdi.

They discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The discussions which held on the sideline of Arab League ministerial meeting touched upon the necessary arrangements to convene the joint Yemeni-Jordanian High Committee's meeting as soon as possible.

Bin Mubarak briefed Assfadi on the latest developments in the Yemeni arena including the terrorist attack on Aden airport, the political developments following Riyadh Agreement and the government return to the temporary capital Aden and the ongoing UN-led peace efforts.

The Jordanian Minister reiterated his country's support for Yemen's unity, security, stability and for the Yemeni people at this critical stage.
