Oil Minister discusses with OMV operating oil sectors in Shabwa

Minister of Oil and Minerals Abdulsalam Ba'aboud discussed Wednesday with Vice Chairman of the Board of OMV oil company the company's activities of operating sectors 2 and 86 in Shabwa province.

In the meeting held through visual communication and attended by the Director of the Company in Yemen Arthur Jirazi, Minister Ba'aboud confirmed strategic partnership between the ministry and the company and its investment and developmental efforts, which have realized great success.

He pointed out to government's keenness on providing all facilitations enabling the company facing any difficulties intercepting its activities.

For his part, the Vice Chairman of the Board of OMV reviewed implementation of the company's practical and productive plans in the sectors, praising government's support to the company and good relations between the company and the government.
