Minister of Public Health and Population Qasem Buhaibeh presided over a meeting for COVACIN Group Committee to discuss preparation and implementation of a plan for distributing anti-coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.

The meeting tackled technical and scientific measures made by the ministry in cooperation with health partners and defining targeted groups, including workers in health sector, and actual needs to centers providing vaccine, as well as adding trained cadre and activating guidance and enlightenment among society.

Buhaibeh confirmed significance of unifying efforts for making the work of the committee successful, working and cooperating with concerned bodies and preparing for media and awareness campaign.
