IOM's humanitarian interventions in Hadhramout discussed

Deputy Governor of Hadhramout for the Valley and Desert Affairs Isam al-Katheri discussed Tuesday with the Head of International Organization for Migration in Yemen Krista Stainer humanitarian interventions of the organization and its role in coordination with other UN organizations for meeting humanitarian needs of displaced people in Hadhramout.

The meeting reviewed activities of the organization across districts of the Valley of Hadhramout and discussed partnership between the local authority and the organization for helping cases require livelihoods and enabling them to overcome problems over deteriorated conditions.

Al-Katheri showed readiness of the local authority for facilitating all problems before the organization's activities for enabling it to provide humanitarian services to locals and displaced people.
