Shura Council leadership convenes first session

The leadership of Shura Council held its first meeting here on Wednesday presided over by the Speaker Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Dagher.

Dr. Bin Dagher gave a keynote speech in which he recounted President Hadi's instructions to the Shura Council leadership.

He stated that as President Hadi said it is time to reinvigorate the State's official institutions, devote all resources and join all efforts to counter Iran-backed Houthi militia's racist and sectarian scheme.

The Speaker of Shura Council affirmed full support to the technocrats government's efforts to normalize situations, manage economic challenges and mobilize all resources to eliminate Houthi militia's coup and achieve sustainable peace.
