The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Ambassador Mujalli confirms government's commitment to peace

Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Poland Dr. Mefat Mujalli stated that the Yemeni government is committed to peace option within the course of the ongoing international efforts aiming to achieve peace in Yemen.
Her statement came as she contributed along with Arab Ambassadors to Warsaw to discussions held virtually on Thursday led by the Polish Foreign Minister.
Mujalli expressed the Republic of Yemen government's gratitude to Poland's constant support for peace efforts in Yemen.
The Ambassador touched upon the US administration's decision about the designation of Houthi militia terrorist organization. She stated that the decision is very important move to mount pressure on the militia in order to come to peace.
