Minister of Interior Maj. General Ebrahim Haidan confirmed today, Wednesday, that 22 people were killed and 50 others injured who came to receive the government at Aden airport among of them civilians and workers at the airport.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) he said" The terrorist attack won't block the implementation of Riyadh Agreement, nor stop the government doing its job and exercising its mandates in the government-held governorates to establish security, stability and counter the coup and terrorism".
Haidan stated that the efforts are being exerted and security measures have been taken in coordination with the Saudi-led Coalition in support of legitimacy to investigate into the terrorist operation to find out the details.
"The terrorist attack absolutely plays into the hands of Iran-backed Houthi militia", he said.
