Bagash praises Canada's role in supporting peace process in Yemen

Under-Secretary of Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs Dr. Mansour Bagash highly praised the constructive role of the Canadian government in support of the peace process and humanitarian relief actions in Yemen.

As he met on Tuesday via video conference with the Acting Ambassador of Canada to Yemen Natalie Breton Bagash stated that the newly created Yemeni government will work from the temporary capital Aden on establishing stability, improving the state institutions actions and alleviating the peoples' suffering in different Yemeni governorates.

The Canadian diplomat stated that her country welcomed the formation of the new Yemeni government as a significant step in implementing Riyadh Agreement. Reaffirmed her country's government support for the Yemeni government and the peace process to reach political solution that puts an end of the Yemeni peoples' suffering.
