Members of the Security Council have renewed their commitment to the inclusive political process under Yemeni leadership and will on the basis of the UN security resolution 2216, GCC Initiative and outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference.
In a release issued Monday, the members renewed commitment of supporting Yemen's unity, sovereignty and independence, calling for implementing Riyadh Agreement.
The members denounced military escalation in Yemen, stressing abiding by joint executive mechanisms of the UN mission on supporting Hodeida Agreement and implementing the international call for the ceasefire detailed in resolution 2532, 2020.
They expressed concerns on recent evaluation of food security, calling donors to move quickly to rescue Yemeni souls on 2021 and before closure of the UN Humanitarian Program.
