The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Al-Kamal: above 10 million Yemeni children in need of humanitarian aids

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr. Ebtihaj al-Kamal said" there are more than 10 million children in Yemen have become in dire need for humanitarian aids".
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) on the annual anniversary of issuing the treaty of children rights corresponding the 25th of November she added " there is a pressing need for working on providing the protection for the children in the regions which are affected by armed conflicts and disasters and offering them the necessary aids".
The Minister stated that the Republic of Yemen ratified the treaty of children rights in 1991
