The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation discussed Tuesday with the FAO's delegation how to carry out the FAO's response plan to control locusts.
The FAO delegation headed by the Director of Emergency Department in the FAO's office in Rome Dominick Burgeon.
The discussions focused on how the urgent plans to fight desert locusts should be carried out in the different Yemeni governorates.
The conversations also touched upon challenges need to be managed to carry out the anti-locusts campaign effectively and successfully.
