Yemen's Ambassador to Cuba Mohammad Nasher discussed Saturday with the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at Cuban Foreign Affairs Ministry Hector Igarza latest developments in Yemen and Houthi militia's continuous military escalations in several provinces.

He touched upon statements of Iranian regime on October, 17 on sending an ambassador to Sana'a, confirming that these practices and Iranian support to Houthi militia are violating the international law and Security Council's Resolution 2216.
He praised Cuban firm support to Yemen and its internationally- recognized government.

For his part, the Cuban official renewed his country's support to Yemen and its government, confirming support to efforts for realizing peace in Yemen.
