Huge public rally held Friday in the city of Marib to celebrate the arrival of the first group of the detainees who released yesterday, Thursday, per the prisoner exchange deal brokered the UN.
Large number of people lined up on the road sides and main streets of Marib city to welcome the detainees.
The governor of Marib Maj. General Sultan al-Arradah along with the General Chief of Staffs (Lt Gen) Sagheer bin Aziz, governors of Sa'ada, Ryma and Sana'a were the first to welcome the released detainees.
Governor, al-Arradah, delivered a speech, celebrating the arrival of the detainees, describing them as brave heroes.
