The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

President Hadi in Kuwait for condolences on emir's death

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi paid Monday a visit to the State of Kuwait for paying condolence to the new Emir of Kuwait Nawwaf al-Ahmad al-Sabbah on the death of Kuwaiti Emir Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabbah.
President re-expressed heartfelt condolences for the passing away of the late al-Sabbah, reviewing and reminding of his brotherly positions supporting Yemen in different fields and generous assistances of the State of Kuwait to Yemeni people.
" The State of Kuwait under its wise leadership and good approach will continue to be faithful to its nation's issues," he said.
He expressed his heartfelt best wishes to Emir Nawwaf for assumption power, hoping him success in his duties and more progress under his rule.
