Foreign Minister: Empowering State To Protect Its Sovereignty, Coasts Cornerstone For Bab al-Mandeb Security, International Navigation Safety
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Afrah al-Zouba stated that the Yemeni state undertakes its constitutional and sovereign responsibility to protect its citizens, lands, coasts, ports and territorial waters, and that enabling its institutions to carry out this responsibility is a key element for the security of Bab al-Mandeb, the Red Sea and international navigation and trade.

Houthis kill woman, hurting 11 civilians eastern Taiz

One woman is reported to have been killed and 11 civilians more including women and children injured on Monday by Houthi theocratic militants who targeted the residential areas eastern the city of Taiz with tanks' rounds.
Locals told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the Houthis militants fired 15 rounds of the tanks on the residential areas.
The shelling resulted in killing one woman, wounding 11 among them four children were hospitalized.
