RIYADH - SABA
The Arab Coalition helping Yemen's government battle the Houthis has downed an armed drone that the Yemeni theocratic militia had launched towards Saudi Arabia.
The spokesman of the Saudi-led alliance Col. Turki al-Maliki said the drone was "intercepted and downed" early Thursday.
He said the militia continue to violate the December 2018 Stockholm Agreement with the Yemeni government by breaching ceasefire in Hodeidah and using the Red Sea port as a launch pad for their terror attacks which involve drones, ballistic missiles, and remotely controlled bomb-laden boats.
