The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace
The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Yemen's Ambassador to Moscow Ahmad al-Wahishi discussed Thursday with Russian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirgi Vershnen latest developments in Yemen and UN Security Council's session demanded by the government of Yemen for tackling Safir Oil Tanker's issue.
Al-Wahishi discussed with Russian official falsified information on Yemen and its leadership published by a Russian company and demanded interference from Russian foreign ministry to inform the company to correct the falsified information on Yemen and its president Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
For his part, the Russian official confirmed his country's firm position towards the internationally-recognized government and support to UN efforts for realizing peace in Yemen.
