Minister of Information Muammer al-Iryani warned of the increasingly growing of engaging the African refugees and illegal migrants by Iran-allied Houthi militia in combat operations to harm Yemen's security and stability.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) he stated that a number of Somali refugees who were recruited by the Houthi militia acknowledged that the militia employed them to carry out logistic and espionage actions, forcefully engaged them in combat operations and drugs smuggling.
The Minister called on the IOM to openly condemn the Houthi militia's crimes and violations against the African refugees and illegal migrants in blatantly breach of the International laws.
