SPDRY teams reopened many clogged roads and suctioned off huge quantities of water that submerged the premises of many power plants in al-Mansoura city in the provincial capital of Aden
SPDRY also prepared action plans to implement urgent interventions to bring relief to the households affected by the rain across the city.
