ADEN - SABA
Vice President of the Republic (Lt Gen) Ali Mohsen Saleh highly praised heroic fighting the armed forces have been engaged in against Houthi militia militants in the battlefields of Marib and al-Baidha governorates.

The Vice President's remarks came during two phone calls he made on Monday with the Governor of Marib Maj. General Sultan al-Arradah and Governor of al-Baidha Maj. General Nasser Assawadi.

In the two phone conversations Mohsen got familiar with the latest developments of the ongoing combat operations in the two governorates.

The Vice President re-welcomed the call by the UN Secretary General to establish truce and devote the efforts and resources to control coronavirus.

Mohsen blamed Houthi militia for its continuous escalations and violations against the Yemeni peoples and destructing the Yemenis' assets, citing the militia's attack on Safer oil pipeline pumping station and shelling the women prisoners in Taiz, as case-in- point.
